Important Update

We are seeing a trend of fraudsters reaching out to individuals by phone or email posing as a bank employee. Their goal is to gain access to your bank account information, including debit card and online banking access.

These fraudsters are very convincing and very persistent. While banks do occasionally reach out to customers, we will never call or email and ask you for personally identifiable information or private bank information.

We will never ask for:

  • PIN numbers
  • Online banking login information
  • One-time passcodes
  • Debit card information

If you receive a call from someone claiming to be from the Bank and they are asking you questions like the above, hang up and contact your local branch or banker.
